第三个案例更隐蔽：某金融合规Agent需调用内部风控API校验交易。当API响应延迟超过5秒时，LLM会因超时直接返回“系统繁忙”，而真实原因可能是风控服务CPU飙升。由于没有将“调用风控API”封装为独立skill，监控系统只能看到“LLM响应慢”，运维团队被迫在大模型日志里大海捞针。
